Would u need a multiple entry visa if we go for day trip to Bosnia and Serbia and then come back to Croatia?

Would you recommend blue cave island tour in Croatia or Amalfi coast tour in Naples? (I guess both are similar)? Also, we booked an Airbnb near Ploce gate - Around 1 km from old town, (Heard old town is tooo noisy and a bit outside, you can walk and have a great view)? what are your thoughts?
